Early Education Funding (EEF)
We offer places with Early Education Funding for children from 9 months which is administered by Warwickshire County Council (WCC).
The entitlements are:
- 2Help entitlement for 2-year-olds: 570 hours per year
- Universal entitlement for 3- & 4-year-olds: 570 hours per year
- Extended working parent entitlement for 3- & 4-year-olds: 570 hours per year
- Expanded working parent entitlement for children aged 9 months – 3 years: 1140 hours per year
Children must be 9 months old before the start of the qualifying period to be eligible for funding.

The funding is paid by WCC during term-time only (38 weeks) – Autumn Term 14 weeks - Summer Term 13 weeks – Spring Term 11 weeks and is stretched over the 51 weeks of our school year.
Our fees for funded children are therefore calculated on a “stretched basis”. This means that the 38 weeks funding provided is stretched over the 51 weeks the Nursery operates as we only offer a year-round provision.
Your child’s weekly funded hours are then divided equally across the sessions attended from 8am.
We will require the National Insurance Number and eligibility code for the person applying for 9 months to 2 years funding. We will require a code for extended 30 hours funding for 3 Plus children. For Child Development and sustainability reasons, our standard offer is a minimum of 3 sessions per week - subject to availability.
There is a standard discount applied to the fees of all sibling children attending of 5% on entry of a second child. This discount will only be applied while 2 or more siblings are attending the Nursery.
All registrations accepted are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions and all parents must sign our Nursery Agreement prior to their child commencing at the Nursery, details of which are available on request from the Nursery Office.
Funded Only Places
Our setting provides 51-week full day Montessori care and education via a stretched funding offer for parents who want this service level for their children. Parents that wish to access funded only, term time sessions will need to look at other early years providers for this offer. Parents who wish to obtain assistance looking for a suitable setting should contact WCC Family Information Service (FIS) to support parents to find alternative options – WCC FIS – fis@warwickshire.gov.uk or 01926 742274.
Where available 9.30am to 11.45am (2.25 Hours) and 9.30am to 2pm (4.5 hours) sessions can be accessed under the free provision.
