Miss ReenaStepping Stones Team - Level 3 Early Educator
Miss Reena
Miss Reena worked for The Rugby Montessori Nursery School Ltd some years ago before leaving to become a Mummy but made the wonderful decision to return to our Nursery in September 2024, bringing her little one with her too.
Miss Reena has years of experience in childcare across various settings but knows her passion is for the Montessori method way of teaching/learning.
Miss Reena is exceptionally creative and enjoys bring this creativity to the classroom, planning lots of lovely in the moment activities responding to the Stepping Stones current interests. She also enjoys encouraging the children to practice mindfulness and understanding the importance of music and movement.

,Miss Lauren has worked for The Rugby Montessori Nursery School Ltd for 4 years, and made the exciting decision to transition from our Vicarage Road site to our Dunchurch site in September 2024 to take on the role as Stepping Stones Room Leader and Montessori Lead. Miss Lauren has an in depth understanding of the Montessori method, having completed a Montessori assistant qualification in 2021.
Miss Lauren has worked in the childcare for over 10 years and has worked in our Stepping Stones room for 4 years, where she has supported all of the children in her care prepare not just for big school but for life.
Miss Lauren takes great pride in ensuring all of her little ones have the necessary skills to make sure their transition to school is as happy as possible. She has a deep understanding of the EYFS and has a wide range of knowledge around safeguarding and helping her children exceed during their time at Nursery by following each of our little ones' interests and needs.

Miss JanetteStepping Stones Room Leader & Leadership Team
Miss Janette
Miss Janette has worked for The Rugby Montessori Nursery Schools Ltd for 5 years, starting at our Vicarage Road site and then moving to our Dunchurch site in July 2025.
Miss Janette has a wealth of experience in childcare and has worked across multiple age groups across the years. She completed her Foundation Degree in Childcare before joining our Montessori family.
Miss Janette is our SENDCO and has completed lots of training about how to best support little ones with a variety of needs, along with WellComm and Chatter Matters training to help support Early Speech.
